This might involve finding creative ways to stay in touch, seeking opportunities for social interaction, or actively working to reconnect with loved ones. Social bonds are a fundamental aspect of human well-being, and nurturing them contributes to a healthier and more fulfilling life.

Separation and social isolation can indeed pose a significant threat to both mental and physical health.
